Christine & Sam came along way for their engagement session in Pittsburgh!  All the way from Rhode Island!  In truth, they came to see Sam’s favorite team, but I’m really glad they included me in their plans.  🙂  They are such a sweet couple and I enjoyed getting to know them both and hearing about their wedding plans.  Here are a few of my favorites from their session!

Omgosh…these two!  Such a sweet couple and Angie and I had a great time walking around Pittsburgh with them.  🙂  Check out Jessica’s awesome dress below.  Jeff picked that out for her!  How awesome of a husband is he going to make?!  In all seriousness, they are perfect for each other.  Their Spring wedding will be here soon enough and I am excited for it to get here!

Doing a little blogging today and starting off with this sweet maternity session.  🙂  I met Cindy and Ryan a little over four years ago when they contacted me to shoot their wedding.  I remember how sweet they were together – we did the engagement and the wedding at the camp they had met at and both were beautiful.  Fast forward to now, little guy on the way.  They live a couple of hours away from me, so we agreed to meet up in Pittsburgh (and you know me and my adoration for that city…no problem there!).  Their little one is here now and he is gorgeous.  Congratulations to you and your family, Cindy & Ryan!  I’m so grateful that I was able to capture another special time in your lives.  🙂

I seriously love Pittsburgh.  My affinity for it started many years ago when I worked in the city briefly and it grew with my career as a photographer.  It is beautiful there and there is so much to do!  So I never pass up a chance to shoot there…and usually, if Angie can’t come, my husband and my little will tag along, so we can hang out afterward (which they did).  🙂

Cue freezing cold, rainy day and Danielle & John coming all the way from Columbus for their engagement in the ‘Burgh (ie. no way we can reschedule).  It didn’t matter…these two made it totally worth it.  How adorable are they together?!  They had me smiling the whole time as I was looking through my lens.  I knew these were going to be gorgeous because of them, even if the weather chose not to cooperate (which it somehow did – no rain while we were shooting!)  John is a baseball coach, so Danielle really wanted to incorporate that into the session and they found a great field just before getting into the city.  I love, love, love this ring shot.

Be sure to leave them some love below!  I can’t wait for the wedding and to get to see Danielle’s family, again (her sister and brother-in-law were in front of my camera a couple of years ago).  🙂

I can hardly wait for the wedding of Meagan & Adam.  Not only did they choose an amazing location – Powers Auditorium, but they have nothing but style.  Although it seemed to be completely by accident that we ended up in front of Saks on Fifth – I have to think fate was also involved, because they fit in perfect tucked inside the brass revolving doors and it ended up being one of my favorite images ever.  What a fun day it was!  At least four times, I was asked who they were by strangers – as if they were pro models or movie stars!  Thank you, Meagan & Adam!  I have to agree – you two should be in a magazine.  🙂
