I seriously love the way Brenda & Ed look at each other!  🙂  Not just on the wedding day, but anytime I’ve seen them together – smiling, holding hands…pure happiness.  I was so honored when Brenda asked me to capture their wedding.  We met a few years ago when I started photographing her beautiful niece and she has such a sweet soul.  She’s definitely met her match.

Wedding Season 2015 kicked off in Spring with this super sweet couple – Brittany & Tyler.  She wore ruby red slippers and her grandmothers served as her flower girls.  So many little details that added up to such a beautiful day!  Drake’s Landing is quickly becoming one of my favorite venues and Angie and I worked there several times during the year.  You can see some of my favorite images from their day below!

One last amazing wedding from 2014 and I’ll be into this year’s!  Yay!  🙂  Jenna and Nate’s day with all it’s gorgeousness held so much emotion.  The beautiful way these two look at each other.  Going to visit Jenna’s grandfather who was too ill to be there that day.  All the dancing that the band Redline brought on!  There were tons of familiar faces, including three of my former brides and one bride-to-be who was married this year!  Definitely a day to remember, not just for the couple and their friends and family, but for us, too.

From the day I met Jessica and David at the studio, I knew I wanted to be their wedding photographer.  🙂  I was super excited to find out they felt the same!  They have this amazing positive energy together and when you’re around them, you can’t help but smile.  I knew the wedding would be awesome.  It’s been a little over a year, but I still think of this one fondly and how much fun Angie and I had being a part of it!

Yes, I realize I am still blogging last year’s weddings…it’s a continuous battle for me to keep up with being a one man show and updating the blog.  🙂  Open to any advice to those of you who blog daily (or even weekly)!

But I don’t want to pass on sharing any of the beautiful weddings I’ve been honored to be a part of, so I am back to share this gorgeous day of two highschool sweethearts from my alma mater – Wilmington.  Ashley & Brian were surrounded by their friends and family last Fall.  They were all so much fun and here are some of my favorites from their day!
